Privacy Policy

What we collect

The details you give us when you sign up: name, email, city, and if you want, a photo and a short bio. We also keep your orders, and basic technical information such as your device type and which pages you visited, so we can keep the site working.

Why we collect it

To give you your tickets and check them at the door, to tell organizers who is coming to their event, to stop fraud, and to make the site better. We do not sell your personal data.

What organizers see

For their own events only, an organizer sees your name, your email, which ticket you bought and how many. They never see your card details or anything you do on other events.

Payment data

Our payment provider handles your card details. We never store them. We keep only the amount, the currency and a reference number, so that refunds are still possible.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a few more to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for seven years, because tax and accounting law requires it. We delete everything else within 30 days of your account being closed.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in your account settings. To get a copy of your data, or to close your account and have it deleted, email privacy@ticket7.ng. We reply within 30 days.
