Using Ticket7

You need an account to buy tickets or to sell them. Keep your password safe. Anything done from your account counts as done by you. You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian manage the account for you.

Tickets and entry

A ticket lets you attend one specific event. It is not something you can resell. Each order has its own code, which is scanned once at the entrance. An organizer can refuse entry if the code has already been used, or if you do not meet the conditions set for that event.

Payments

The price you see before you confirm already includes our fee. We take payment at the moment you buy. We pay organizers after the event has happened. Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) unless the event page says otherwise.

Refunds and cancellations

Each organizer sets their own refund rules, which are shown on the event page. If an organizer cancels an event, you get the full ticket price back to the card you paid with. We also refund our fee whenever the cancellation was not your choice.

Organizer responsibilities

If you list an event, you confirm that you have the rights and permits needed to run it, that what you have written is accurate, and that your capacity is a number the venue can safely hold.

Content and conduct

Do not list events that are misleading, illegal, hateful, or that breach someone else rights. We can take an event off sale or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.

Liability

Ticket7 sells the tickets. We do not run the events. The organizer is responsible for the event itself, including safety at the venue. What we owe you is limited to the amount you paid through Ticket7.

Changes to these rules

We will email you before we make an important change. If you keep using Ticket7 after that date, the new rules apply to you.
